1. Seller

2. Service
We provide personalized digital reports based on information you submit and interpretive traditions associated with Korean Four Pillars. Product scope, price, currency, required information, and expected delivery time are shown before ordering. Delivery is by email as a PDF after payment verification.
Reflective content—not a guaranteed prediction
The service is for reflection and entertainment. It does not scientifically prove compatibility, predict guaranteed events, reveal another person’s private thoughts, or replace therapy, diagnosis, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or professional safeguarding services.
3. Eligibility and information
You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate birth, contact, and payment-verification information. When submitting another person’s birth details, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and permission where required to use that information for this private report.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
An automated receipt acknowledges submission but does not itself confirm payment. We verify the Stripe payment before generating the report. Current delivery targets after verification are 48 hours for a personal report and 72 hours for couple or decision reports. If we cannot meet the stated time, we will contact you and offer an updated date or a refund where required. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment-provider charges may depend on your location and provider.
5. Personalized digital performance
If you check the immediate-performance box, you expressly request that personalized report generation begin after payment verification, even if a statutory cooling-off period has not expired. Where applicable law permits, beginning performance or delivering the personalized digital content may affect or end a change-of-mind withdrawal right. Your mandatory rights for non-delivery, defects, misleading description, or other protected circumstances remain unaffected.
6. Personal-use license
You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to download and use your report for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, publish, mass distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or present the report or service as your own professional advice. Your personal facts remain yours; our original layout, writing framework, and service materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
7. Safety and prohibited use
Do not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, discriminate against, or make decisions for another person without their participation. Do not submit illegal content or payment information that is not yours to use. If there is coercion, violence, stalking, abuse, self-harm risk, or immediate danger, use qualified local support or emergency services instead of this product.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made solely from interpretive content or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other protected matters.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence. We will first try to resolve complaints directly by email.
